Think "Activity" not "Exercise" and boost your weight loss

If the thought of exercise makes you groan, it may be time to take a fresh look at what it means to be active. Regular physical activity is one of the best ways to speed your weight-loss progress. It supports health in a number of important and surprising ways, from reducing your risk of degenerative diseases to helping improve mood.

Let's take a look at what constitutes "exercise" and how easily you can ensure your daily need for physical activity without ever having to face an aerobics class or lift a dumbbell.

What's your activity level?

Some are classified as athletes, training and competing regularly. Others are active and fit, enjoying sports leisurely at the gym, perhaps playing a weekly game of tennis or golf. And then there are those who do not participate in structured sports, but who are active in daily life. They may run around after children, bike to work or walk long distances at their job. Exercise your right to good health
